Small can be beautiful

Small is beautiful. An apartment like this sure makes you clean up and keep it neat, otherwise you’re screwed.

  1. That was really interesting. I agree–you would have to keep up with the cleaning and de-cluttering! How it managed to not feel cramped was beyond me. It actually looked inviting.

  2. My first home was a rented attic flat, maybe 200/250 square feet in total. It had sloping ceilings, its own front door, a kitchen corner and bathroom. It was an oven in summer, a fridge in winter, and I absolutely loved it.

I wouldn’t want to share a small place, though – and more space is better. What we need is fewer humans.
