Weekend postcard from UC Berkeley

This Tyrannosaurus rex display is in the Valley Life Sciences building at the University of California, Berkeley’s Museum of PaleontologyI get to see it every time I go to the library housed in the VLSB when I research Lowdermilk articles.

Published by Norm Benson

My name is Norm Benson and my Lowdermilk manuscript is out for beta review. This is the story of Walter and Inez Lowdermilk, an American couple who came to see soil erosion as a threat to civilization. Their pursuit of land conservation carried them from China and the Dust Bowl to Palestine, where their ideas about reclaiming the land helped build the case for the creation of Israel.

  1. It’s about twelve feet tall, I think but seems to be twice that. I’m pretty sure it’d be first and last time I saw one, if t-rex and I were to meet. I’d be an hors d’œuvre for it in a New York minute.

Thanks for stopping by and leaving a comment.
