Weekend Postcard: Fog in the Napa Valley

I may have posted this one before. It’s a picture from the Table Rock trail in the Robert Louis Stevenson State Park. RSL SP is a nice place to watch the sunrise while drinking a hot coffee, truly one of life’s greatest joys.

My name is Norm Benson and my Lowdermilk manuscript is out for beta review. This is the story of Walter and Inez Lowdermilk, an American couple who came to see soil erosion as a threat to civilization. Their pursuit of land conservation carried them from China and the Dust Bowl to Palestine, where their ideas about reclaiming the land helped build the case for the creation of Israel.

  1. Brilliant ‘duvet’ effect fog! I hope it burnt off into a beautiful day. And, forget the coffee, how about sipping a Napa wine as the sun sets there? I think I could find some joy in that…

    1. Good thought, K. Though we rather liked the crispness of the new day. And, the spot gets a bit more crowded in the crepuscular time between times. We luxuriated in having it all to our own.
